Exactly four weeks from now we will gather at The Triple Door in downtown Seattle for our 4th Annual First Aid Arts Benefit. We are excited to say space is quickly filling up, but tickets are still available online. You can click here to purchase now and reserve your spot.
What can you expect to experience at this year's benefit?
First off, an extended live performance by the band Joseph, three sisters who craft honest songs with soulful harmonies. Covered by Daytrotter, The Oregonian, and The Stranger, their music is quickly becoming the soundtrack of the Pacific Northwest. Their recent performance of Tell Me There's A Garden is included below for your enjoyment.
Second, we are humbled to announce a special appearance by First Aid Arts partner, writer, and human trafficking survivor Amber Walker. Amber is a creative soul with tremendous resilience, and her story will shake the ground beneath your feet. As far as we're concerned, there is no one better at living and communicating the healing power of creativity.
That's to say nothing of the presentation on trauma and recovery, the recap of our record setting year, the reveal of our new artist partner program, a big announcement about refugee focused programs, an interactive art exhibit, or the sharp new FAA gear at the merch table. Let's just say it's going to be a very full, beautiful, inspiring evening.
See you in four weeks? We truly hope so, but if events conspire and you can't attend please consider helping us to reach our year end fundraising goals. You can help wounded hearts heal beautifully by giving here through our secure website. As always your gift is tax deductible and your information is kept confidential.
Start the countdown, only four weeks to go!
